Alright new week, new weekend. What is on deck? I have 4 days off this weekend. If I don't brew I
dont deserve the title of "Home Brewer."

Post your recipe style or recipe altogether. Hell, any brewery plans at all...

Happy Brewing and Have a good weekend!

So what did you end up brewing?

Unfortunately nothing, I have the itch to brew but got tied up by house work and more winterization.
I keep posting a new thread as a place for interaction, recipe sharing, inspiration and possible impromptu
monks meetings.

If it helps Ruben, I know that a chunk of the monks (hey that almost rhymed) are down in the western and south part of the metro area. I have a branch location up in Brighton that I occasionally visit, so PM me a few days in advance (esp. if you do a weekday) and I'll see if I can swing on over for an assist.

I will definitely do that. I would have to run it by the wife, but I could arrange a sitter and have some freedom.

We can do it sometime early next year when I have the reset button on vacation time set and simply even take a weekday off if that's possible for you.

We could do a impromtu collaboration brew North (Brighton) meets south (Roxborough) parts of the metro area.
If you like the idea, I'm not sure if you have a style preference. In looking at my tentative lineup next year I have everything from a roggenbier with bourbon soaked aspen chips to a molasses stout to honeydew Kolsch to a Belgian grand cru, but I'm open to just about anything but rauchbiers and flanders.
