I'm in. It may be cutting it close, as I haven't a thing going. COC are only allowed one beer per club, so we need to have a taste off before the feb meeting but probably after the january meeting so everyone can age their brews up before bottling, or if bottle conditioned, giving the brew time to settle. Figure shipping NLT Feb 3 to give a little weather room to make it by Feb10th. So maybe a taste-off Jan 28th?

Really (the more then one per club)? I thought FOTR was an AHA only comp and we had like 4 or 5 people? Just curious what the difference is.
Primary: "Alliteration" (12/12/12 semi sweet mead with Chardonnay yeast)
    Secondary:
Conditioning: 9/11 Heaven Barleywine, Rhubarb Berliner Weisse, Perfect Match Porter
Enjoying / On Tap: Moo! (Steel toe milk stout clone), peanut butter cup stout, Rye-aled Up (roggenbier), and Jack-o-lantern (pumpkin spiced saison)
On Deck: "Wiser Bock" and "Obliteration" (westvbleteren 12 clone) or at least a kick ass quad since I have nothing to reference

FOTR was an AHA member only comp, with points given to individuals and clubs alike. COC's are just that- club on club action.
if you're out Treading trodden trails, stop by for a beer!
    On Tap:
    Blackberry Wit
    Anthem Bock
    Anthem Blonde
    Pullman Porter
    Bloch's Bounty Milk Stout
    Sour Brown Monk

    Still Bubblin' or Carbonatin':
    Schwartz
    Cascadian Dark
